- Reservation form must be completed and signed.
- A deposit of €100 or €150 per holiday home per week or part of a week is required at time of booking. This forms part of payment of rental charge. The reservation will be confirmed after receipt of deposit.
- A reservation made less than 6 weeks before arrival date must be paid in full at time of booking.
- Upon arrival a security deposit of €100 will be requested by the Supervisor. This will be refunded at the end of stay providing there are no breakages and that the accommodation is left reasonably clean and tidy.
- The number of clients stated on the Reservation Form should not be exceeded. Should the number of occupants in holiday home exceed the amount stated on reservation form, clients are liable to have their reservation cancelled at the discretion of the management.
- Bookings will not be accepted from Hirers under 21 years of age.
- In the event of cancellation, the following cancellation charges will apply:

- IMPORTANT : It is an express condition of this booking that the management is relieved of liability of any accident, loss or damage which may be sustained by the patrons or their property whether such loss or damage is caused by the negligence of the management, its servant or agents or otherwise.
- Persons participating in games or competitions do so voluntarily and at their own risk and no claims shall be made against the Company in respect of injury or loss arising therefrom.
- Electricity and/or gas consumed are extra charges payable at the end of stay. Meters will be read on arrival and again on departure and the number of units used will be charged at the following rates :
- Electricity:
- General Domestic - 14c per unit
- Night Storage - 7c per unit

- The Hirer is responsible for the property and expected to take reasonable care of it. The Hirer also undertakes to report and pay for any damage to the holiday home, and any equipment lost, damaged, broken or stolen or any damage caused by the Hirer to any other equipment/facility on site. Substitutes are not acceptable. The holiday home, equipment and all utensils must be left in a clean and tidy condition at the end of the hire period.
- The Company is not responsible for any loss of valuables or property left after departure.
- Service - please notify the caretaker immediately of any shortcoming in your holiday home so that it can be remedied.
- Directors or officers of the Company may at all reasonable times visit the holiday homes.
- No refund will be made if Hirer is requested to leave a holiday home, or leaves of his own accord before the expiration of his/her booking.
